7 things to be done on Sundays
We mostly look for free time to accomplish something new than our routine time activities, but we fail to find the time. One way to complete routine activities effectively and also attempt something new is by utilizing Sundays effectively. so there are 7 things you can do on Sundays.
First and foremost, after having a sound sleep, you must wake up timely and intend to learn a new skill, polish an already learnt skill, or resume an already started attempt to learn a skill. This will add to your future benefits. Remember, the best investment is an investment in time to acquire a new skill.
Secondly, to lessen your burden and stress, you must take some time and visit a nearby place which has a natural scenery. this will make your mind fresh and energize yourself.
Thirdly, if you have a vast friend circle and you can approach them, you must also visit a friend and have tea with him. Share your views about anything, take his suggestions. this will add to your choices and new ways to think.
Fourth, do some writing. you can write randomly about your experience from the previous week or your Sunday. this is called Freewriting .this will boost your thinking and writing skills. And you will feel proud of yourself, because, self-imagining is more important than others' views about yourself.
Fifth, do not forget to watch an entertaining or motivational video, but you should be punctual, that is you do not waste much time. this will add further to your lowering burden and stress.
Sixth, then you must evaluate your previous week's progress and also that Sunday. if you find something worse, avoid it next time, if you find something good, try it in a more better way.
Last but not least, do not forget to make new plans for the upcoming week. this will help you move faster and prepared.
Most of the time, we can not apply all these, so do not worry, but at least try as many as possible. in some cases you may feel the lack of resources for applying any one of these, do not panic, there are many other things to be done, you just need to find those on your own.
