U-turn Vs Flexible Decisions

Wo baat karte waqt waqfe waqfe se soch raha tha, aor kahe ja raha tha, ‘ Ye dunyan mere mizaaj ki nahi hai, yahan pe teachers pressure cooker bane hue hain, parhana ata nahi aor phir paper aesa denge jisko dekh kar bare bare science daan dobara paida hone ka sochen bhi naa, mein jab teacher banon ga to students ko stress nahi donga, unko ache tareeqe se parhaonga, unki sochne ki salahiyat ko ujagar karonga.
Ye kah kar wo class me chala jata hai, aor uska dost usko jaate dekh kar ye soch raha hota hai ke ye kitna acha sochta hai.

Wo aik lamhe bolta to dosre lamhe uski tasdeeq karta tha ke aya jo wo kah raha hai kiya wo possible hai bhi ya jo wo sochta hai wo aik ideal cheez hai? Mein jo aaj kah raha hon kiya wo kal possible ho bhi ho payega ya mein bhi dosron ki tarhan behave karonga. Wo kahta tha, “Yar ye teachers ko bhala hamara khiyal nahi aata kiya, wo hamen itna stress kiyon dete hain, agar mein kabhi teacher bana or mujh per koi restriction na hui to mein students ko stress nahi donga, or koshish karonga ke unko out of the box sochne ki salahiyat don.
Ye sun kar uska dost aag Bagola hojata hai, or usko khari khari sunata hai ke parhna tum ne hai nahi aor chale ho teachers ko blame karne. Ye dunyan aese change hota to aaj tum Einstein se barh kar science daan hote.
Uske dost ke ye alfaaz sun kar wo shashdar rah gaya ke usne aesa kiya kaha…khair rat gyi baat gyi.

Unfortunately, our youth has been deceived time and again by the container boys and this time so much so that they can not reason properly. They have been deceived and told that taking U-turns is a trait of leadership and those who do not take U-turns are not remembered in history and put forward the example of Hitler and Napoleon.
I am surprised to see an Oxford graduate to misuse a word and stand firm by it.

And the youth is all to defend whatever their boss says, without doing some critical work.

Do not you see a big difference between U-turn and flexible decisions?

You take a U-turn when you change your decision which you criticized severely in the past without even bothering to say that you were wrong at that time. Even if you take a U-turn and say you were wrong previously, it can be acceptable on the basis of a generous act. But taking a U-turn and then sticking to it or even defending it madly is a sign that you have lost the power of reasoning.

While on the other hand, flexible decisions do show the signs of a dynamic leader, who changes his decisions just because situations require it, and he was already prepared to change his decisions if certain conditions prevail. He never changes his decisions which he opposed previously.

The deteriorated youth has lost this reasoning to understand these two terms and considered it a *Wazeefa* to take U-turns and become a leader within nights.

Wo parhate hue baar baar ghari ki taraf dekhta tha ke kab time khatam ho aor students se jaan choot jae. Kal raat wo 4 baje tak jaga tha or koi social media aesa nahi jo uss ne uss raat baghair post kiye guzari ho. Lecture ki tyari kiya karta, slides bane banaye mil jaate hain internet se or class me jaa kar slides ko parhna hota hai bas. Baaqi students jaane aor unki parhai. Class khatam hote hi usne CR se kaha kal assignment jama karani hai, aor poore course se quiz bhi hoga. Uss se agle din sab ki presentation bhi hai.

Wo class mein poore time pe enter hota hai, or sab students register khol ke bethe hain ke kab sir lecture shuru kare or wo aik aik point note karen.
Wo poori eimandari ke sath white board ka istemaal karta hai or aik aik cheez detail se bayan karta hai, phir students ko question deta hai, jo bazahir to lecture mein nahi parhai hoti lekin agar concept clear ho to jawab dena koi mushkil nahi. Akhir me wo CR se kahta hai ke course ka takaza hai ke Aap se Aik assignment, aik quiz or presentation li jae. Lehaza mene decide kiya hai ke iss hafte aap assignment bana lo, agle hafte iss assignment se quiz hoga or thore course ke concepts bhi cover honge, aor phir akhiri hafte hum presentation lenge iss assignment se related.

PS: it is not an attempt to disrespect teachers, rather an attempt to create a story to explain the difference between said terms.
